Calling All Motordyne ART owners
So i keep starting new threads, But i have 24 hours before i decide which exhaust to put my money down on.
I have the ART pipes and for now, I have regretted them because they are causing a massive rattle on my exhaust (Akrapovic) Selling My CBE tomorrow. And ill get home and put my money down on something or the other. For Now Its between Motordyne CBE And Fast Intentions CBE. If you do have the ART pipes please mention your exhaust and your little review on that setup. I would like to avoid rasp and drone if possible. I have read through some reviews and motordyne CBE does not hold enough gains. I personally think its too expensive, I would definitely get it if i have to but it would be sad if their gains are NIL (Yes the akrapovic was expensive too but i was too excited to care) Since i have never seen an Akrapovic Exhaust Review on the 370z, Ill just leave my comments here I got the Akrapovic immediately after i got my car. They are expensive and i landed up purchasing the Carbon fiber tips also. They fall more on the silent side but they are absolutely fantastic. DO NOT MATE THEM WITH MOTORDYNE ART PIPES. EVER. Please help me decide. Would appreciate any comments or advice. Cheers

Fast Intentions seems to be the best thing for the buck and yea i have never read a bad review about them. However i am not worried about the Quality of the product but about the fast intentions mating with the ART pipes. I am for some reason finding an exhaust thats more compatible with the ART's. Hopefully someone here has managed to mate the ART's with something that doesnt create a rattle ? or so i hope.

Who has had multiple exhaust/intake setups?
I have ART and FI non res carbon fiber. I love how it sounds. I'm willing to bet E370 and ARTs sound even better. It's a win/win from my point of view. Sorry for granny shifting. I was grinding before I changed fluids so I had to go real slow. In the video, I had 18" res at the time.

I added ART pipes to my Borla cat back and it's on the edge of too loud. The Borla is a true dual with no resonators. It has a deep tone to it. Adding the ART pipes is giving me an unwanted drone for around 2k rpm. At idle and WOT, it sounds great. At highway speeds it easily tolerable, but around town driving can be annoying at points. I am planning to pick up some fast intention rhfc for comparison. I liked the Borla with stock cats, but wanted to free up the exhaust, keep the deep tone and raise the volume. The ART pipes did that, but maybe too much. I don't have any rattle issues, but there is a slight rasp at times.

I love Fast Intentions, but if I had to do it again, I would try Motordyne E370.

i preferred changing my exhaust because even though it was a great exhaust, It just wasnt loud enough. I do prefer loud myself but i cannot go all out on it because the rules here are a bit iffy and theres only so much i can push them Also i cant seem to justify E370's price specially with some previous reviews i read here that claimed no horsepower etc. The sound of the E370 does sound orgasmic

1-10
10 being the loudest in sound terms, What would you rate your friends g37 against your FI with ART ? I dont want to spend on CBE again. I am saving for turbo lol, NEED BOOST and thats another reason i switched exhausts, I wanted a true dual

I found this video from Motordyne. It shows how the Motordyne exhaust and ART pipes sound together. Sounds kind of exotic if you ask me. Loud when stepping on it, but not loud at all when cruising.

Hard to say. I was in my car so it would always sound loudest to me. A drive-by would need to be done to compare.
