An unusual situation occurred last week and it was dealt-with so professionally and smoothly by the guys at IPP (Kyle, in particular) that I couldn't help but want to share it with my fellow forum members.
First of all, I had ordered a set of rear camber arms for my '13 and it was shipped promptly and securely packaged to my doorstep. I took the parts to a shop for installation but unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the bolts being too short which rendered the car unsafe for the road. The shop would not release the car to me due to a posed liability and so I was faced with finding a replacement part. Returning the car to stock was not an option (I was told) because the installation required grinding down the arm down where the ball joint meets the camber arm. Needless, to say, I had to find the proper-length screw and fast. I reached-out to Kyle and explained my situation in a semi-frantic state. He was so calm and professional in hearing me out that I naturally cooled-off, realizing that I was in good hands. He assured me that he would reach-out to his distributor/manufacturer to see about getting the situation rectified. He later emailed me with confirmation that I would have the part mailed to me the very next business day. The next day (Friday), the part was promptly delivered to the shop that had my car in storage and they were able to complete the installation job. In the end, I have to give kudos and a great appreciation for how Kyle handled this rare, odd and sensitive situation. Getting the part to me as quickly as he did not only ensured that my car's downtime was minimized, it saved me from having to pay storage fees or exposing my car to being parked at the shop or on the streets overnight. Thank you, Kyle & IPP for such taking special care of me, even post-transaction; it confirms the positive reviews that got me to bring you my business in the first place.
