For their defense, a past lady who didn't know where my car was, called me again later to say that my car was indeed shipped. Just my experience today FYI

^^ damn .. its good that your car is here even though you cant pick it up yet.. i had the same problem with Matson... i called and the lady took for ever to tell me where it was.. she was only reading their updates on her computer but it sounded like she had no clue .. anyways... the date of arrival remains the 26th of this month...

Update: Got another phone call confirming the car will available for pickup on Friday. Made an appointment for 1015am... exciting!

So I got the car.... picking it up was extremely quick. Nothing was wrong with it... just hella dirty. Car was a beast and now it's at home, hanging out. The car is super high right now so I'll lower it probably today or tomorrow. I'll actually plasti-dip spray my rear valence and front fangs today so yeah....

overall shipping with Horizon Lines: 9/10
Lost a point because they didn't know where my car was. However, they called me when they did find it.

they have to get it from one side of the terminal to the other. mine was the same way....i had to wait a week after it arrived to pick it up. your car will be soooo dirty when you pick it up. but the good thing is they give you a voucher for a free "run it thru the machine and scratch it all up" car wash. LOL
