First Hawaiian Auto Show

I had a good time there looking at all the cars and taking shots of the 40th anniversary Z. I think I even help sell a Z to an older gentleman. I told him it's not bad for daily driving and how much better the car felt after I lost 45+lbs. I even showed him a few pics of mines that I still had on the camera.

I'll probably post pics later, but definitely check the show out if you haven't already. Lots of exotics from Italy, Germany, and some home grown rarities.

^Hell yea! I even got faster at autocrossing. The car was just painful sitting in it at 5'10" 245lbs but at 200lbs getting in and out is fine.

^^ i agree, after losing about 30 lb too

just curious,...what was your regiment to lose the weight? Only way for me to lose 30lbs is to cut off a limb,....

Stress!

LOL I really wanted to buy those extra set of sport wheels you had.

I lost a lot of weight by attacking it with smaller meals (eating Breakfast/lunch/dinner at the Army dining, strange for a Captain but it saved money too), cutting out excess calories (sometimes I would just eat a banana or apple for lunch, CROSSFIT!

Cross fit is freaking evil. I hate it but the shock that it does to your body is what I needed to get out of the same work out routine.

Oh yeah I also drank a over 100 oz of water a day. I bought one of Nagalene 32 oz cups and made sure to continually stay hydrated. I also threw in some Alli pills to block fat just for extra measure.

My biggest issue was just diet, fuking Costco pizza is the devil and it is cheap :) Snacks were another issue but I just went from snacking on stupid-ish to grabbing a pear, apple, or banana from the Dining facility along with plenty of coffee throughout the day.

Last tip...reduce alcohol and non-water beverages. Those drinks have empty calories and a lot of it too. Low-cal beer does taste like crap though.
