New Z member - Hawaii Kai
 

Hello all - got my 2012 Z from New City back in May 2012. It black with the sport package. I work in downtown so I just get on the H1 very early in the morning and a quick drive home. I think its a better chance to see me around during the weekends.

I have a black Z 2012 with the sport package. What day did you see the car?

hawaiianzee, started looking for my car back in May of this year. I believe I saw your car in the New City lot. Salesperson wanted to negotiate with me to buy that one but I was pretty set on the Gun Metal color as I already have a black car.

I have a feeling we may see each other as I live in Kaimuki/Palolo area, work by Ala Moana and frequent the Hawaii Kai driving range & Costco. Look for the GM 2013Z w/sport pkg, that would be me. :tiphat:

Hello Magic bus - thanks for your response. Its great to meet another Z owner and someone that is nearby Hawaii Kai. Are you the type that parks away from everyone else to avoid being next to other cars? I try to avoid going to Costco during the peak periods since parking is a nightmare.

So what kind of modifications have you done to your Z?

Forgot to ask what you paid for your Z? Is it a 2012?

Sorry just saw that you posted that it is a 2013. I know that the difference is the LED's and some small difference in the fangs or lack of fangs?

Lack off. Imagine crossing a 350Z front half with the 370 rear half.

Yes, I do look for the end or large stalls and will walk a long ways for a good stall! Only mod so far has been window tint. First, looking to do only a cat back exhaust when funds are available. Then I would like to upgrade the seats to leather down the road.

Yes, LED's, blacked out fangs, Euro sport tuned suspension (whatever that is, but love how it rides) and Gun Metallic Sport Rims with red brake calipers on the '13. I got the sport pkg option on my Z. Gotta say, I really enjoy the car!!!

Haven't seen a 370 on the road in about a month, but saw 2 this morning.

A black 370 Sport making a left on Atkinson from Kapiolani Blvd heading Ewa.

A 13 Silver making a right on Kapiolani Blvd from McCully St heading Ewa.

Anyone on here?

I work up at Camp Smith. There is a BC coupe sport that parks there occasionally. This morning, I saw a silver 370 sport coupe with the plate "Type Z" and had the370z.com stickers on the passenger side. Thought that was pretty cool! :-)

I've seen quite a few 370's lately all over the place. I wonder how many are actually on this site lol.

saw a white nismo with a project definition sticker... I would have waved but I wasn't in my Z. ><!

Going into base this morning, saw a silver/white Nismo drive past into the other base entrance. I waved, but I don't think he saw me.

Also, this afternoon saw a white GTR on Nuannu and Bethel (?). Never saw one live before. It's very slick!

Saw a white Z the other day on school street with the wheels blacked out. If your on here I'd like to know where you got it done.

I forget his name but I believe he plastidipped them himself. I'm not sure if he's on the site yet. He came to a VQ I.N.C. meet once that I've seen about a month back. Haven't seen him since. I told him about the site though.

Had a silver 370 shoot up my *** the other morning. Trailed by a BMW 745i. I was in the 370.

nope not me. =) On another note...hope that the owner of the 350 convertible was/is okay after Friday. There was a bad accident right after the PC on ramp in the morning and it looked like that Z will be totaled.

Saw a 13 red S/P 370 up on Maunalani Heights yesterday afternoon, anyone on here? Very nice :tup:

I live at the bottom on Keanu St. I was driving the GTI that day, my wife was with me and she said, "they make it in red?" It's her favorite color.

When I first starting dating her years ago, I had a red 280Z. Maybe it brought back memories for her.

saw a gun metal one myself today at work at the Costco in Kapolei. Was parked in a handicap spot.

Saw a Silver370z about 10 mins ago.....it was in the grass on the side of H1 surrounded by cops and ambulances. Right rear hub was snapped as the wheel was still bolted but sitting under the car. I hope the driver and anyone involved is ok. Looked like a spin out.

Well thats going to suck. Hope their date has a spare car for the night. Bummers. True though...hope that they are okay at least.

Cool. I wanted those formula silver colors for my rims...:crying:...but they didnt have it at the time. Then again this was in 2003.

Think I am going to go on a Kimukatsu run on Friday. Havent gotten to satisfy my cravings yet on that....hmmm. Its lunch time and food is on my mind now...

Saw an MB Z for the first time tonight in Pearl City turning into Walmart around 11pm. First MB I've seen on the island. Anyone on here?
