Starting tomorrow, I will be a Z owner on Guam. :)
Just bought a 2009 Monterey Blue base w/ sport pkg. Stillen exhaust. 26565 miles and miraculously clean. The guy is great, and sold to me for $22k. Simota, I've seen you twice around island. Both times I barely caught a glimpse of you, you were just a big red blur in my rear-view :P So I have to say to you all: Hafa Adai! :D |

Is not that the Z guys aren't active is the fact that the Auto Scene in general here in Guam is basically dead. No more car shows, only big car shows are Honda Tech which is an annual event and only Hondas are allowed to enter (GAY). Or Stance Fest where all these cars buy rims that cost more than their cars and they camber the F out of it and think its cool. Guam is more 95% look than actual function. I can care less about all those heavy *** wheels that these guys put on their cars and body kits, and their car ain't even fast at all or have no function to use. They used to have GU Nitez and that was cool but honestly people here in Guam drool over a civic with white rims or cars with more stickers than parts than admire the actual beauty of a car thats clean, simple and can spank 80% of the cars on the street. I'm still an active Z modder but most my mods are under the hood. Still though, without a big show like Auto Jam or Import Nights. There is really nothing to build for or get excited about. I guess thats the reason why I haven't ventured into the aesthetic part of modding yet. Time will come. |

how come you never come out to the meets anymore man? i dont think a import nights or a good car show would ever come back here... not enough people to make a profit outa those big name car shows.... my personal reason why i mod my z... is self satisfaction.... i dont care about car shows here on guam... when i entered a car show and lost to damn "JDM" civic.... people out here arent aware or educated enough about our cars to even know the mods we put in them.... ill keep pushing my z to its maximum because i want to achieve its highest possible look.... and i dont race my z... for two reasons.... im a terrible driver when it comes to racing... and i have put to much time, money, and effort in my z.... |
Well welcome to the forum. Simota u are correct on the unity issue and not having meets. I am all about speed cause I think the car bad *** already and when people talk **** about how slow the car is well I see more women give me looks then a guy in a piece of **** civic u can't make a civic different anymore especially here. When ever we meet make sure u all come out
