You do need to cut the signal wire going to each abs sensor and put a "chip" in between it to send a signal wire back to the main processing chip. You can buy a main harness to go in between your ecu and body harness so that you do not need to cut any other wires on the car (which I strongly recommend). There will be no install DIY since to the best of my knowledge James and myself are the only ones with this actual system on our cars.
