If you can remember his name that would be great. I would love to be able to offer a harness for less than 289, not to mention we would also be supporting another member of the fourm

Been talking with him through e-mail, trying to work something out. Issue is the connectors are hard to come by so he doesn't want to just do 1-2 connectors. No pricing yet.

sub'ed!!!

Unfortunatly bdl99 cannot help us out. As mentioned before, if we get enough people on board the guys at wiring specialties will give us a better deal.

I think the DIY is pretty crucial because honestly you can tell me it's so easy but I want to see the install process before I commit. If I see it and recognize it as something I'd be comfortable doing myself I'll jump on the list no question.

I also seem to be getting alot of PM's about price. I cannot acuratly give you guys prices because they will vary on the amount of people. What I would do is take the 2-4 unit prices and use those. That way if we hit one of the higher discounts its a bonus.

I.e.
Traction control + launch control + digital adjuster @ 2-4 units - $1267

No lift shift @ 2-4 units - $185

Wiring harness - $300

Misc supplies - $50

Total - $1802

Then if we hit 4-9 units you can subtract $92 off the total

And if we hit 10+ units you can subtract $220 off the total

That'd be an amazing deal especially considering it includes no lift.

Sub'd.

I heard that you need to calibrate/tune the system to your car. Anyone gone through that process?

The DIY will be delayed slightly. There was a slight miscommunication between RL and I in regards to the wheel speed sensors. I tapped the ABS sensors with regular wire, and they will need to be tapped with shielded wire. This was causing some false signals to be sent. Not a big deal, I have some on order but I want to make sure everything is working 100% before the DIY goes up. Hoping the wire arrives mid next week. 500' off ebay for 25+shipping.

There is also a small hick-up with the tach signals. One car is reading the "tacho" wire fine, and the other is not. I will need to talk to RL about this on Monday, but I have seen other instances with the RL system where running a GMR pickup has worked much better than the tach wire. Again, not a big deal but if this is the route to go, then factor another $50 or so for the pickup (small in the grand scheme).

I appreciate your patience with this, and apologise again for the delay.

RPM issue was solved without the need of GMR pickup. It was a very simple and silly fix. The tacho wire will work just fine.

Sorry for the delay on the DIY, UPS is taking its sweet time delivering my shielded wire. I am 90% sure that this wire will remove the ghost readings from the abs sensors but I want to be positive before posting it up. Its all written up and ready to be posted once conformed.
