My weight measurements were not totally accurate. I must learn to pee before and not during these critical measurements. The front rotors do save in excess of 10 lbs but the rear rotors save approximately 3 to 4 lbs each. If any of you are looking for more accurate numbers - buy them and measure them yourselves. BTW, they are great!!!!! Don't forget what Scott says...they do make noise, but I don't think you will notice at the track.

is the noise due to them being full floating rotors, or do the fixed 2 piece make the same noise?

Yes, the only noise is from the optional full floating design. They make a little rattling noise as do all true full floating racing and performance rotors. The rattling noise really only occurs when you are off the brake and street cruising like at 45 mph or less....
The two piece fixed, solid, non-floating option of these rotors do not make that noise.

Getting lots of inquiry's and interest in these lately. Even though the group buy offer has long since been over.... these are still selling (slow and steady).

Hi Scott,

I've carefully read through the entire thread and I must say I'm sold on these. However, I will purchase when I target my budget at upgrading my brakes. I'm the kind of guy that likes to do all the stuff at the same time. So, when the time comes, I'll do SS lines, pads, rotors, fluid, etc...

My car is a daily driver and I'm extremely picky with noises, no matter how little they are.. My only questions is, do the two piece fixed, solid, non-floating rotors weigh the same as the floating ones or are they heavier..??

My main interest on these are the weight savings... Thanks for your help..

Thanks, and sounds good, that is the best plan, IMO

Yes sir, our quieter, solid/fixed mounted version of our light weight two piece rotors are every bit as light as the full floating option ones.

I forgot to ask one more thing... Do they cost the same as the full floating option or are the solid/fixed cheaper..??

Thank you Scott!

Same price.

EDIT- The rotors and machine time is the same, but the T-Lock hardware on the full floating rotors cost me about $2.25 each x 12 each rotor, so I can actually offer the fixed/ solid mounted rotors for about $20 less each rotor or $80 less per set if it helps.

Dang Scott. Didn't know you created these two pieces. People have been claiming they would make these for years, but yeah we see how many of them delivered, lol. (I haven't been on any car forums lately )

That's awesome that you are willing to offer a discount for the non floating even though it really isn't that much different it terms of cost to you. Not many people would be doing that.

I was going to hit you up on facebook, but decided to register here.
How much would a front kit cost? (your 2-piece rotors, oem calipers, your G35 adapter)
I'm already eyeing pads.

I did find out about this through a post by Lawrence@autostrafe on the Driver forum. It was for the bracket and it piqued my interest. Hence I searched you out and found these awesome 2-piecers.
