And is this David? If so, I spoke to you personally and I recall having no problems issuing you out a refund but when you heard it would be about another week before it'd ship out you were OK with waiting.

Just want to clear the facts that it wasn't your particular order that was shipping out in ONE day, but rather those ahead of you in line.

And just for the record, we have no problems issuing out refunds for those that do not want to wait. We know how frustrating this can be and we want to do what's right. But we can comfortably say we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!

Hey guys, it's zee (some of you may know me... made a couple of posts including a video at streets, if you want to hear the sound of the car).

Bryan from Berk just came by to pick up my 370Z for fitting (I'm the friend mentioned above :D ). I've been running about with an early test system and have absolutely no complaints about the fit, sound, and performance, so using one of the long-term test vehicles again should ensure you get a top quality exhaust from Berk.

I couldn't get down to OC (I'm in Yucaipa), so he made the 75 mile trek my way to pick up the car. That's pretty cool of them, IMHO.

So, just an FYI folks, my car is in their capable hands now and the ball is WELL rolling. They'll have it for a few days to make sure everything is perfect for ya.

BTW, here is the video from streets. Try to screen out the wind and rattling noises from the camera mount (poor set up), and you'll hear how great this exhaust sounds even from the inside with the windows down at 30 to 120 mph.

These guys are working hard to keep you happy, and REALLY care about their customers. Glitches and hiccups happen to all of us, but it's how we respond that counts!

Tagging along. Not for the drama but I sincerely like Berk CBE and how it sounds. I would like to order one in the near future.

No. Each piece is assembled at our facility and test fitted to ensure it's 100% correct. No components were changed. We just had issues sourcing certain components that make up the exhaust and that was the delay. We now have more than enough of what we need to fulfill current orders and satisfy a few more customers. Then we are going to take a little bit of a break to streamline the process so that our production and assembly on it is similar to our HFCs. Quick, easy and efficient. We'd like to keep plenty of these on hand in the future so they're ready to ship at any time.

oh i know, people ordered 6-7 months ago who are still waiting for there's. which is y i have not complained about waiting for the exhaust.

I also wanted to let everyone know that was on this group buy, or has ordered an exhaust and waited - if you are interested in a set of test pipes or HFCs for your car, personally PM me and I will give it to you at a discounted price for being so patient in waiting for your exhaust.
