I have received all of the PMs from customers, just waiting for some more concrete info before I reply. Suppliers are a pain in the ***.

Mike...it is good to hear from you...Some people say that I am too blunt, but in this situation, I am just saying what everyone else is thinking...which Is why before I go any further I want to say..Please do not take it the wrong way. I know that your supplier has a lot to do with the hold up in shipments, but I think its time for you guys to lay your foot down with them...Just as we are paying customers to Berk, you are also paying your supplier to meet the demands and products for the company...Most of us here would be cool about things if we were kept up to date with our status instead of us going out on on own to find out what is going on...It can become frustrating at times when we are left in the dark...:wtf2: I know that you guys want to deliver a perfect or near perfect product, and I'm sure that you will and I won't be surprised when I receive my system, but its starting to seem like this is a repeat of the first order of shipments...Especially when you have some customers that are reaching the 6month waiting period for the exhaust...Its even more frustrating when you see others from the forum ordering from a competing company and they have received their products already, although we ordered from BERKS before them.....Some may say, if I feel this way I should've went with the other company, but my response to that is I chose to go with Berk because I want the Best...and not just the Best Product, but the Best overall in performance, communication, commitment, and customer service....

Please fight for us to get these exhausts systems out and keep us posted...we have invested in your company because of our confidence in the company's products and services...No Pun intended

I also have not received an email...but if its per our last discussion, then I pretty much know the deal already...Not unless you have received a confirmation ship date from your supplier?

Me too...Just got an email...For those who haven't received one, let me know and I will forward a their responses...Like Dembfly mentioned it sounds like July...but who knows....two options are being offered to cusmoters because of the wait...

I am still waiting to here from the OP or BERK about my order. I understand that it is delayed but I need to know the final value. I am supposed to get a military discount. then they are talking about $100 gift certificates. I need to hear something. This is getting crazy! I am about to give up on this entire order!:shakes head:

I really feel you man...I say :tiphat: to everyone that's in this situation...I too am waiting for a reply via email that I sent them regarding their two options...I really don't care for that $100.00 gift certificate...Would rather that they refund me a $100.00...If I don't receive an email by this morning, then I will call them direct....This always seems to work, even though it costs me $$$ to call Berks long distance.

Well I finally got some kind words from Bryan at Berk. Everything sounds good accept I really wish they would just apply that gift certificate to the exhaust. They wont do it so I have been trying to find something I could buy from Vivid. No luck yet. Not to mention they wont ship to military APO's either.

This is going to be a long wait.......................
