This is probably the dumbest comment so far. You assume that everyone here is an impatient young man then assume it's not okay for anyone to be concerned about a part they have paid for and have had no word from the seller. If you think it's okay for everyone to be left in the dark for months on end about a product past due I really hope you never own a business. There are plenty of guys out here trying new things with the car who need money for R&D if you want to find out what someone is made of. I wanted a part that was advertised.

When I spoke to PayPal about this, they said if the transaction does not appear in the list to dispute, then it cannot be disputed.

YMMV apparently...

No worries. I wasn't trying to suggest y'all were wrong. I was just trying to explain where my confusion came from :tiphat:

Guys,

I've reached out to the vendor for a response or updates.

I hope it goes well for everyone envolved.

I'll keep an eye on things and respond accordingly.

PS

If you have nothing positive to add here, Please no need to add fuel to it.

Thanks!

Good morning guys,

First, just want to apologize big time for the MIA here in the past few weeks. Legitimate excuses, but I still dropped the ball, so to speak. Between moms strokes and doing home health, new job, moving to be closer to mom, and now this virus, things have been a bit overwhelming to say the least.

The gears and pumps are done. During QC, we had some tolerances that were a little out, so didnt want to send subpar product to you guys. As of right now, I have all the gears with me and going through each one, to get them in tolerance. I'm working my full time job, so I'm trying to get them done as soon as possible for you guys. I know my lead times have been horrible and I hate it's taken this long. However, I will deliver ASAP, this is not to string you guys along, just wanted to let you guys know what's going on. Again, I really do apologize for this, as this is not the way I run my business, just a lot happened all at one time, during these past few months.

Thanks for understanding, I'll be online a bit more now that I'm getting settled.

Thanks,
Jeremiah

Where's these updates? Online more? You signed out right after sending this message and havent been back in 2 weeks. We (or some of us) are trying to be patient here. Apologies and "reasons" for delays can only go so far imo. Some of us are being delayed or in my case losing money waiting on these oil pumps shop space isn't free. Please let's get the ball rolling. Thanks

I am not positive but I think his main job is in the oil field. He is gone a couple of weeks at a time.

Based on his last FB and Instagram posts, I believe that is very probable.

But then at the same time, I would think one can access the any social media via smart phone...unless he’s in the middle of nowhere.

Oh well, who knows anything anymore haha

If he's out in an oil patch. He could be working anywhere from 12 to 16 hr days.

Looks like I missed the deadline to dispute with paypal by one day. Crap.

Good morning guys,

Well, finally have all the gears in tolerance, so this makes things better and can now go forward. Sorry for the communication, just a lot going on with new govt job, having moved, and mom. The gears will go out Monday for REM coating, should take a few days for that, then once back to me, I can install and ship out. Its been a long process, not at all how I like things to run with me or my business, but I will always deliver. This covid stuff definitely has put a small damper on things, and being able to freely get things done with shelter in place, where I live, but I'm doing my best. I know yall are past the patience level and want everything now, I promise they will be in your hands as soon as they come back from coating. I'll let yall know as soon as they leave to come to me, and when each pump goes out. I apologize about everything, but one thing I wont do is take your money and not give the product yall paid for. Just asking yall bear with me this last bit and I'll have yall taken care of.

Jeremiah

Thank you. :tiphat:

But if you could have popped in at once a week or so to let us know if you're a live or not would have went a long way. Think a lot of us won't be ready to pull our money. A lot of us still have memories of Sam and GTM. Lack of communications can really screw things up beyond anyone's control.

I know man, I definitely dropped the ball on weekly updates. Just hated not having a better post to give yall. I remember the Sam days and the SGP days in the 350z market. Definitely dont want to be linked to any of them.

Monday the gears leave, should have them back by the end of the week. So will be able to start getting the pumps out soon after.

Again I really apologize for the inconvenience, but I'll definitely make things right.

So what you're saying is that these will ship the week of the 20th?

End of that week, beginning of the following at latest, should everything go according to plan. Praying it does, with how everything before has gone.
