It's going man, this year has been an absolute disaster it seems. Unfortunately due to being a group buy /custom order, I cant do a refund. You can definitely sell your spot if youd like. I didnt want to send you guys a part that didnt meet my specifications and take a chance it messing up your motors. Once all the gears are in tolerance, get coated they will be installed and shipped out. I have the gears with me now to address the tolerance issues, so going to try and have them all done by end if next week. Send for REM coating, then install to ship. Wow. I don’t remember any mention of this being non refundable. That little tidbit would have sent me running away screaming from this group buy. Glad I only paid the deposit.
The bit about “but you can sell your spot” is a load of horseshit. Who would buy a spot in a group buy that’s three months past the latest estimate of shipping dates? That’s dodging responsibility. Like a few others, I have the luxury of time. However, I do need proof of progress to be at ease with the extended wait time. |
