Its an old rule that goes along with selling liquor.

In NYS if you sell liquor = nipples must be covered with pasties and girl must wear some bottom attire.

In certain clubs they get around the law by only serving POP and Candy = totally nude.

Same thing here in Vegas, totally nude = no liquor

Just don't sell yourself instead of the stripper selling their body, LOL although some cougar strippers might want all of that. :inoutroflpuke:
