Guess your taste differ than mine. I picked up a bottle cuz a co-worker's house is right across from the factory. Drank half a glass and haven't touched it since. Felt like I was drinking whiskey filtered thru my bbq smoker.:rofl2:

So far, my all time favorite is Eagle Rare.

Four roses single barrel is the best for the price I have had. I also have Jefferson's Reserve and Jefferson's Ocean which are amazing.

I tried Four Roses single barrel and I was not all that impressed based on its price. It is a good whiskey though, just the price does not seem fair.

It's $35 here. I consider that inexpensive.

It is around $35 here (Colorado), but it seems any good liquor store will have at least split a barrel and label it as their exclusive offering. Thirsty's in Chicago bought 4 different barrels, so you had four distinct 100 proof whiskies with the same "Four Roses Single Barrel" label. All of them outstanding.

Also I have to disagree...for what you get it is actually a bargain IMO.

All this talk of favorites. Don't need favorites, just get a bigger shelf!

I hear a lot of the Kirkland liquor is good. Unfortunately Texas' stupid liquor laws prevent our Costco from selling it

Supposedly the Kirkland Vodka is bottled by Grey Goose.
