Let me help you a bit...

Below statements are solely based on the personal interpretation of the writer. Any similarity to reality is purely coincidental

A) He had a strong preference to see a clear photo, so he could better make out the details of your car or other "items" on the picture.

B) He was able to conclude that the additional car on the photo is a Ford and wanted to share that he was able to come to this conclusion. Hereby wanting to establish that he as "knowledge" of automobiles.

C) He saw something "appetizing" on the picture which made him hungry, based on point D and E, I'm going to conclude it was you. This is however a derived conclusion, based on common use of the phrase and the context of his other statements

D) By stating he has tattoo's and the smiley that bows down he wants to make you aware of the fact that he also likes tattoo's and also has acquired several works of body art. And thereby establishing a common point of interest used to build rapor and making himself more appealing to you

E) This statement means that he is actually married and that continuing to complement you could lead to divorce, based on the grounds of jealousy from his wife.
The underlying message herein is also that he is actually in a relationship, the reason for this underlying message is two folds. First because so you realize that he is actually capable of establishing a relationship and therefore is at least "wanted" by one person of the opposite sex, making him possibly more attractive to others. And secondly so you feel less threatened, making it easier for you to accept his compliments. This is of course based on the notion that you can actually decipher his complements and they were all indirect.
