There is plenty of room between the AC condenser and the IC. As long as you do your oil cooler similar to the way its mounted on the NISMO car,

There is plenty of room between the AC condenser and the IC. As long as you do your oil cooler similar to the way its mounted on the NISMO car, you'll be fine. There isn't any room in front of the IC w/ out hacking up the bumper cover though, the IC sits pretty much flush w/ front end.
