Everything is back in the car. The alternator did not have to be removed at all.

Im very curious to see a picture of how you managed to fit the turbo on the passenger side with that alternator right in front of the manifold's exit.

from the picture you provided with the manifold only, it seem like there isnt much space at all.

I'll post up a pic after the manifolds have been resurfaced. It all fits. It took a bit of creativity to get it going.

As for the manifolds being not equal, it is. It's all the same lengths.

You are going to build in a pretty good friction loss by having a hard 90 at the intercooler. Was that the only option with your pipe routing option?

I have to agree that bend is pretty harsh. Do you think that may cause pressure drop?
