Anyone else with getting the fittings on top of the turbo to seal? I've had the turbo off twice trying to get it to stop.

Which fittings? The oil feed? If so you journal or ball bearing?

I have a minor (and I mean very minor) leak in what I believe is the AN hose to the check valve. Its so minor I stopped caring about it. It barely produces a drip and it never collects since the heats just burns it off immediately.

Yeah it's that one. It leaked about 1\2 quart during my drive to California which was about 2000 miles. It's enough for me to be annoyed with the smell and red line isn't cheap haha

I had a leak last year in the summer. That one was pretty bad. It was one of the hoses. This year I have another leak and I have yet to find out where it is coming from. My guess is that it is from the hose again. I am not sure why it keeps leaking after each winter. I need to upgrade my hoses to higher quality lines.

Probably from contraction with the colder weather.

I'm a bit curious why the feed line needs a check valve. Maybe Sasha could provide some insight on that?

If I remember properly the prototype car smoked. Apparently there is enough residual oil pressure when you turn the car off to flood the turbo and turbo drain reservoir. Some was getting past the seals and obviously burning off. He added the check valve in the feed line to prevent that.

Hmm... doesn't make sense to use a check there then if the purpose is to prevent flow when the car is off cause the check would have to be installed the other way but that would prevent flow to the turbo.

Depends on how your check valve is being used. If it's being used to prevent back flow, then I agree with you. If you are just taking advantage of the spring to shut off flow when there is just the pressure remaining when the car is off then you would put it there.
