When you have time (no rush) can I get a price for the 1.5 upgrade for my original BP kit. And what it includes. :tiphat:

SlowZ 01-04-2015 09:29 PM

Sasha can you PM me please. I would like to put my down payment on a v2 kit and speak to you about what else I would like. Thanks!

And now a bunch of Z owners have gone into panic mode with only one BP kit left. They hold there breath that one will be be around when income tax returns. One lucky guy left to get a BP kit while the many others cring and frown at there lost chance. The only thing they have to fill the void is to stare at a brights magic square that produces images of what may have been, what could of been theres. Click click click is the sound they hear as the magic square flashes. In the outside they smile at the images, but in the inside, they cry from not knowing when the next time the Magician nameed Shasha will use is queer art and produce these breathing beasts.

Can't PM you for some reason...let me know what about your details. You should be able to PM me.

SlowZ 01-05-2015 07:43 PM

It won't let me PM anyone for some reason. I don't know if mods can fix this but it's been like this for a while. I would love to buy a kit tho!

Dumb question but do you have PMs turned on in your profile?

Slight change on the IC piping...of course, to make things better/easier...

The pipe that goes under the transmission and couples to the turbo will be made from two pieces and coupled with a silicone coupler (vs single pipe). The other change is that the section going under the transmission, and in to the compressor outlet will be 2.25” vs 2.5”. This is the same size as the compressor outlet inside diameter, so it is not a reduction.

This will allow for better clearance, and give the installer flexibility in this section.

Here is the two pieces side by side:

http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q...pswt0opaym.jpg

On the left you can see how the new revised pipe slides in to the upper pipe. This is where the flexibility will happen, making the install even easier. If, for some reason, somehow this pipe is damaged on the road, over a bump…whatever, I will send a replacement at no charge, and cover the shipping.

Your craftsmanship and outstanding support of this community makes me wish I still had my BP turbo Z...you are just awesome.

Exa pumps going out today

UpRev cables going out early next week

...........so look for the delivery man :)

90 % of the IC pipes are going out to the powder coater today. Don't have BOV flanges for the first pipe that goes in to the FMIC, so once those flanges arrive (next week) I will weld them on real quick, and take those to the powder coater as well.

Now, I will focus on finishing up the down pipes (welding V-band flanges on), Manifolds (welding flanges on them), Y-pipes (welding flanges), and recirc tubes.

The shop will shortly turn in to a giant shipping warehouse :)

Geez, I been having a hard time keeping the left over balance $$ in the bank. I keep thinking that everything is paid and I still have a few K's to play with. I might have to push my install a little back from What I thought I was going to install it. Broke...

I hear you, I'm in the middle of some winter mods right now and a couple of them are on hold right now because of money reasons. Such a buzzkill.:shakes head:

YzGyz 01-09-2015 03:31 PM

Humm... I use to pull the thread up everyday just to look at the picture even if there are no updates. Now that things are getting closer to being shipped, I check 2x a day.

OMG... I think I have a problem... BIG TIME...

Yeah...I was thinking earlier today..."I have to go out and get some more boxes soon". Looks like the big order from Tial is here...so I have to go pick it up in a couple of hours. That will allow me to complete the manifolds this weekend.

Everything is looking good so far.

Awesomeness!!

I spoke too soon. The doorbell just rang and I got a box!! This thing is packed nicely.

I can't wait! It's going to be a very fun experience switching from a high hp nitrous Z to a higher hp boosted Z ;)

YzGyz 01-10-2015 08:40 PM

Is it wrong for me to feel like an Elite to be part of the the boosted club (not just BP but along with all the others including GTM). With a big grin, wrong I'll be.

I'm getting sooped up!

On a side but relevent note, Shasha, may I request some details on the wrap and blanket option that is offer from you (the one that you WILL buy from you). No rush, I'm in no hurry.

Welcome to the cult.

Cell 01-10-2015 09:32 PM

Sasha, you should consider making a custom turbo back exhaust that would perfectly go with this kit. Also give people different options for different exhaust cans.

elperuano 01-10-2015 10:37 PM

^i agree..

That's the V1.0 manual. Not sure if Sasha has updated the manual for the V1.5/2.0 kits.

Oh that's right. I suppose the oil lines are different. But you could do 98% of it with this one.

The biggest difference is the IC piping

Yeah aligning that last pipe and getting the turbo coupler on wasn't the most fund I've had:rofl2:

:iagree:

But that was the hardest thing to do on the entire kit, and it wasn't even that hard.

Two hours of tightening that damn t-bolt clamp and a blister on my finger from pushing on the s-wrench would beg to differ:bowrofl:

zguynate 01-13-2015 09:28 AM

I ordered the 1.5 upgrade from Sasha so hopefully that little hurdle will be alleviated. I had to remove all my turbo goodness to replace my shot clutch. So I spent >$800 to avoid that again lol
