Not for a G37 there isn't. I had to have my downpipe custom fabed to mate up with my FI exhaust.

Ah wasn't really looking at the screen name haha. I'd say a single 3.5

The downpipe that comes with the kit is good for 700bhp so if you keep that 3" you should be fine for around 600whp

Charles, thank you very much for sharing your expertise with the community when it comes to fuel systems, and how they perform...I am sure everybody appreciates it, I for sure do.

You also hit the nail on the head with regards to tuning and how power output and timing are so intricately connected. I have customer making 520whp and 480ft/tq, while some others are managing "only" 480hp and about 400ft/tq....all on the same OEM fuel system. Based on torque alone, it is easy to see that the higher torque output car has much higher timing....allowing for much higher power output with the same amount of fuel. I am seeing such a huge range with fuel injector duty cycles as well, which again is closely tied to how the car is tuned.

Charles, I can't wait to get my kit from you guys! Looking forward to having you new redesigned kit. Also Sasha, R/T has ordered a CJM stage 1 kit with fuel rails for me and I will be adding it to my BP kit. Together I'm looking to make a 700whp BP 370Z!!!! Unfortunatly due to winter coming, this may have to wait till next sping to be finished but I have some other things I may add over the winter.:stirthepot:

Your S1-S kit is actually being packed up now. I got the first sets of the new rails back from anodizing today. I just went and picked up my better camera and I am going to photograph this stuff to get on the website later and then box it up... it will be headed out tomorrow! Thank you!

I haven't seen him post much on here recently but in the past he's always been good about responding to me.

Since Z1 headers make more power over the stock manifolds, I'm willing to bet there is another 20-30whp, I remember someone was mention a while back who has done this before.

Someone did it. It didn't add the power you think it should.

I believe the Z1 headers are a different flange than you have on the stock VHR engine requiring customizing the turbo manifold. No longer a kit you can 'bolt-on' in your garage.

The one guy running the custom headers had to have the flanges shipped loose and a little custom piping fab work done.

The stock headers are not a power limiting issue. Right now for me the stock block is.
