Hey Guys, Just saw this thread and wanted to Chime in.
We are offering a limited promotion to dealers and while I cannot comment on pricing I wanted to confirm that everything I have read so far seems to be in line with our limited "early bird" dealer promotion. I believe I spoke to this dealer earlier in the week. I was the only who suggested 10-12 hours for the TT installation, but that was AFTER the motor was dropped and WITHOUT any supporting modifications. You can see our installation estimates in the AAM Competition TT build FAQ thread- I believe I addressed installation times there. We did design this kit with installation time in mind. Let me know if I can answer any additional questions about the Turbo System specifically.

Don't let any of that dissuade you from boosting the car. Just go into it with your eyes open. It's a big project but these cars just love boost.

That's a good point. Buy it and sit on it while you plan the rest of the build and pick up all the other parts a good turbo build needs.

as i dont know much about install times of TT kits i will say AAM has plenty of experienced mechanics. they do a lot of high HP GT-R builds along with 350 T/TT and now 370s. the new kit looks solid and with the quality i've persoanlly seen from AAM i would not have any reservations going with their kit.
honestly if i had the money for the supporting 7AT upgrades along with the TT i would have sent my car to them already. sadly i just cant see boosting my car and not using all the power due to limitations of the stock 7AT transmission.

As for the kit itself, you will not be disappointed. Mine is currently being installed at AAM |
