I have the BP kit and was wondering if it is alright to soap up the engine bay and hose it down. Would the turbo be ok if the filter

Is it ok to cleaning engine bay w/ turbo
I have the BP kit and was wondering if it is alright to soap up the engine bay and hose it down. Would the turbo be ok if the filter has water on it? Any suggestions on how to clean the engine bay with the filter sitting under the headers?
