so you have a motor being built and they couldn't pull the dowels and deck it? was it even honed? It even looks like theres some swirl up there like

so you have a motor being built and they couldn't pull the dowels and deck it? was it even honed? It even looks like theres some swirl up there like they commited the mls gasket no-no of using a scotchbrite wheel to clean off the gasket instead of using a fine scraper and a scrub with a rag so you don't eff up the Ra 4-6 surface on the deck.
