I am just posting this information because it was easy to find, but I will save everybody the trouble.

I agree that the group buy is a cluster f*ck and is beyond unexceptional, but all the work they have done for me is top notch.

His name is Sam Zawahra, at least according to his email signature and the information about his email account..

Exactly, thats the more difficult thing to find though may have been simplified by having Sam's full name now " Sam Zawahra"
