Well am not too crazy on getting the kit cuz i still am not going to install it right away, ill let you guys on a little secret.

I am in the middle of creating titanium rods for vq37vhr and a few other power plants. Until am satisfied with the results that 20g tt kit is useless to me. So i might as well wait.

Of course if the tt kit does not get released by the end of this year, yes i will be looking in to alternative most likely FI kit.

You need to understand...there is no MHI Turbo Kit and there never will be. All a scam. Get your money back asap.

Exactly this. Anyone who has hope one day they'll get a turbo kit out of this is willfully ignorant. Get your money back before they restructure and you're entitled to nothing. If you don't go get your money back at this point with this much bad news out there, you deserve the nothing you're going to end up with.

Yeah i know mhi kits are bs, but i was promised v3 garret tt, wich is more appealing. Yeah i know its a lie, personally i don't give a F.

Sam does not have garret kits available either.. waiting on cast parts from china still.

GTM isn't sending anyone a turbo kit. Period. Anyone who thinks they're getting a single bolt from Sam is delusional. Get out and get on the list for another shop's kit.

Do we think the reason he's still waiting on the cast parts is that whoever cast the parts is waiting on final payment? :rofl2:

Listen my Z brother. I think you should try an get your money back now so when the end of the year comes and your current build is over you're ready for the next phase and not waiting. Just imagine how excited you're going to be to put a turbo kit on that built block. Get your money back and order the AAM/FI kit so when your block is finished being built you already have a turbo it waiting to be installed because it's waiting in your garage. Also you still have the option to go GTM route if you want and it's available. But what I'm saying you shouldn't let someone else hold your money get your money back and if Sam holds true to his kit then send the money back again. I think getting your money back is smarter and puts you in a better position. Sam must have offered you a good price if your still waiting.

Never ever pay anybody you don't trust online with wire transfer dude, even vendors. Alawys use credit card or paypal so you get some insurance on your money.

The quality of the kits from AAM/FI/BP are far better than what GTM has offered. I seriously would go with one of them just because of that.

If you are looking for something that isn't pricy but still has quality then consider BP. Granted that you should not go cheap, BP is still a cheaper and great option because it comes with everything you need.

Before I bought my BP kit, I priced out the MHI including supporting mods, 3" downpipe, oil cooler and the price ended being very similar to BP's kit. Then you add in installation cost. If you are doing it yourself then price between the two isn't much. But if you are having a mechanic do it, BP will be far cheaper.

In then end, it is still your money so burn it in a lava pit if you want. LOL

Just remember, 99% of people here are here to inform you and give you guidance if you want.

Geez. Sam screwed me out of 20k. I paid in full for turbo kit and installation and a couple other stuff since I lived pretty close to them. I also had him do a stage 4 transmission job on my G37. He had my car for about 8 months. After about 7 months of no turbo, I told him I wanted out of it. When I finally got my car back he claimed he had installed the turbo kit and told me about it before I said I no longer wanted it. My refund was about $700. He claimed he had to charge me for the installation and removal of the turbo kit, plus the transmission job. Im sure there was never any turbo kit installed, and the transmission never worked. Still waiting on those $700. Anything I can do?
