Multiple people also did direct bank tranfers and most transactions are probably going on well over a year ago now making things a bit more complicated. Though anyone with any useful advice on getting money back is always a good thing.

What about all the people here affected by this shmoe comunitivly put in money for a lawyer so it's less of a bourdon on any one person. That way you can all sh!t in SAMs Cheerios together. I'm sure someone knows or is related to a lawyer here.

You can sue in small claims court in Cali for up to $10,000, only problem is finding the exact business name to sue them. "GTM Motor sports" doesn't cut it as far as all of that goes.

With knowledge of computers and public records, anything is possible. It's in a Grey area of life but it's easily doable.
