I honestly have no clue why others have a hard time contacting him. I just call and then just ask to speak to Sam. Works every time.

Who wants to bet they have to monitor their calls now since they have Screwed so many people...?

It sucks that so many people have been screwed over by all of this. But GTM did have some good products and created some nice stuff for our platform. It's not like there is another company out there that will create a rotrex s/c kit for our cars.

It's a loss to them business wise and a loss to us because we can no longer rely on GTM for products.

I have called from numerous phone numbers, same results regardless of the number.

I assume they are asking for your name on the phone? Try giving a name of one of these guys who is unhappy with their service. See if you get to talk to Sam.

Does this sound weird to anyone other than me. I'm kicking the idea of FI my sedan and found a place that "says" they sell the GTM twin turbo kits. I asked if they had them in stock and was told no, of course not, when I asked about the issues GTM has been having delivering kits this is what I got back?

Thanks for the reply.
Seems like a lot of those complaints are from a group buy gone bad (which I am not familiar with). We have sold many GTM kits. If you place your order knowing you will someday get your parts, but the lead time is long, your concerns should be alleviated. The quality of the GTM products we have sold has always been industry leading. If you are willing to wait, feel free to place your order and we would be happy to provide you with the best service in the industry! Let me know if you have any further questions. Please note that GTM will offer many unrealistic lead times. Take their info with a grain of salt. There is no telling when it will ship until you can track it on its way to your door. If you have that outlook on the process, you will be very happy with your purchase.
Thanks!

At least they were honest with you. I can't fault the thinking either. There have been parts that I wanted, but knew up front that it would take a while to get, so I placed my order and "forgot" about it. I was happy when they finally arrived. Of course, these things didn't cost thousands of dollars like a TT kit.

Agreed on the honesty part. I am one of the few "pro GTM*" people on the forum, but I can respect the honesty of the company that replied to that email. Any chance you can tell us which one it was?

*Pro GTM in the sense that I 100% disagree with the way the Group Buy was handled and empathize with the ones participating in it, but I believe they will correct all the wrong doings and eventually come back as a respected vendor.

He had edited it. It was like turbo-kits.com or something along those lines.

this is not even possible....GTM has not made any efforts to make this right or even seek out to members waiting refunds/order details in over 1 year...
I should have bailed with the masses back in September/October 2013.
