What jet sizing did you use on the 50 shot? 33N & 17F??

I went out to US 131 drag strip one more time to get numbers with the 75shot. I made three passes and all of them were disappointing (12's mid-high) due to wheel spin. The stock rim tire combo just can't hack the extra power from the line. The tires just spin. Rolling down the road and punching it is a totally different story, it's smooth. I'll run some drag radials if and when I go back to the drag strip. However, I think the current numbers speak for themselves.
I'm also going to pick up some data logging software in the future, most likely over the winter, so that I can get more information for you guys. I also wanted to say thanks to everyone for not posting silly comments about nitrous and staying on topic. Again, all serious questions are welcomed though! |

*Edit* I was avoiding this thread because last week I had a medical procedure done and I was all loopy when I posted about the progressive controller. I must have had a dream or hallucination because I thought I had posted all kinds of wacky crap here and didn't want to see how big of a face palm it was. Congrats..
Been waiting for someone stateside to have nitrous and actually track the car up there to compare my times to.
I'm a 6MT. Been running nitrous almost 3 years now. Been a couple months since I sprayed. The Zex NMU is actually maxed out at 200 shot. I have the jets up to that. I was looking to spray 150 but i need to get a fuel pump and ensure I have enough fuel and more data logged to see where my injector duty cycle is at. Our track here sucks as well as our DA, and elevation. Never thought someone could run nitrous on the stock intakes... Good innovation. Here is a vid of my car here in Guam vs a new Dodge Challenger SRT8. I was spraying 100 shot via Zex chart. Basic mods where Injen intakes, FI LTH and FI CF 18 in CB. Others things not listed.... Lots of wheel spin trap was 115 mph at 2,666 DA. http://youtu.be/iePTfCHmvDw 11 sec mark 2nd-3rd shift (flame spitter) FYI Vid is not mine. It was taken by a Spector and I came across it on YouTube.

Guys, I had to jump in and correct my spray numbers. My 50HP runs were actually 75HP and my 75HP runs were 100HP.
Sorry for misleading anyone but I really thought I was running 50/75. |

I'm not running a window switch right now. I am planning on installing a windows switch, and tuning software next year. My end goal is to install a turbo system w/ n20.
Baby steps. |

My I ask why you had to shift into 5th? Sorry for bringing back a pretty dead thread, but from my experience the 4th gear on the 7AT with stock Final drive/wheels ends in the mid 120 mphs.
Are you also spraying in between shifts? And you're spraying off the line on a stock stall 7AT? |
