Nitrous Express 370z plate kit

This was mentioned in a previous thread and sparked my interest.. I contacted Nitrous Express about using the GTR Plate kit on the 370z. Garrett at Nitrous Express responded:

We have not actually test fitted it on the 370z, but from all our research we believe it will work fine. We have had a couple of customers purchase that system for a 370z and we haven’t had any complaints from them.

My question is has anyone here used this kit and can comment on the kits installation and performance.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. Im almost positive the throttle bodies are the same as ours, so theres really no reason it shouldn't. You will just have to mount the solenoids differently obviously due to intake manifold differences.

That's what I'm thinking... Just didn't want to throw down on $1200 maybe

I dont blame you. If it was me though, I would go for it. They should have some kind of return policy anyways I would think.

looks like a solid kit to me.

Has anyone actually confirmed it works with our throttle bodies? What are the pros and cons for a plate kit on the Z?

Works great ;) I worked with Nitrous Express directly in making the GT-R kit work on the 370z.

Really interested in this kit for mine but the price tag in the UK is around $1850, but its going to be a winter project

Any install tips Carbon Z?

So if I call up and buy it from them it should be good to go Carbon?

Carbon_z 10-30-2015 12:27 PM

There were a few small things (fittings and etc) that needed to be added that wouldnt because GT-R fittings are larger than 370z.

I've also been in contact with them about the kit. I was mainly concerned about the fuel adapter but they said it was the same.

Which fittings do we need to get to make it bolt on completely without any downtime? Or should i just ask "please add any fittings that are meant for the 370z" into the kit?

Also which plugs are you running, what shot are you using, and did you change injectors to get into that 430hp range?

Thanks bro.

The injectors and fuel pump and rails were all stock during that dyno run. Don't recall which fittings needed to be swapped but it wasn't anything major. The car would have dynoed closer to 450 with the new motordyne exhaust. The numbers may have been a tis higher aswell if I didn't run with 305 rears and 20's and 4.08 gearing.

All that has been changed though now ;)
