Actually the people that work there are good people who know what they're doing and care about the customer but the micro-management skills of Sam are what makes things bad. If he would trust people enough to make the right decisions things would go a lot smoother. I think all this has created a issue with available capital which has made their problems snowball. For the most part they have great products.

Real answer: They probably grew to fast and attempted to many projects at once and got in over their heads.
Honestly, at this point they have good products but getting it or getting support afterwards for little problems seem to be the issues. If they could at least correct the ship time on product orders it would make a huge impact but having to wait months to half a year at minimum to receive the parts is unacceptable. I had my GTM SC when they first sold it and had good support and the kit has been wonderful ever since, and little issues that pop up I am able to get a respond quickly for help on what to do.

The post-sales support was always hit or miss when I was building mine. Sam never was avaiable to update his tune like he promises. There's still an unread pm I sent him from summer 2012.
The parts and kits were always great minus a few one-off fitment issues people seem to have had at times. Now I'd be shocked if they don't file bankruptcy soon. It seems like they're having to wait for new orders to come in before they can refund people since they're tapped out financially. All of their long-time employees seem to be gone. Even George, who came back to try to help out, is AWOL.

Gtm aka gamma motors
From first hand information, Sam coksukkazawahara fkd over so many people, including me of 10k dollars, and built my stroker motor w/o proper clearance and left plastic inside the engine which caused it to melt on SFR;s first dyno run costing me another 5k, that they went bankrupt. You can search for GTM and bankruptcy to see what he owed and what his assets were in bankruptcy.
The coksukka then had some of arabs buy his equipment at pennies on the dollar in bankruptcy and restarted GAMMA MOPTORS...so, he scammed the system just like he scammed his customers. He took 1.5 tears to build a block that blew up! so, if you do business with Gamma and get fkkd, don't say you weren't warned! See my GTM threads on my350z and you will see this info is years old...where have you guys been? |

I had just contacted gamma Motorsports a few days ago asking for a etune for there stage 2 kit and didn't have any issues with them ... Great response time and very helpful to all my questions. Very fast on returning my emails and had my tune to me the same day.
I'll also say that I was dealing with Z1 for the last month ..... And the customer service was terrible ... Been waiting for a response from them for 2 weeks now for a tune tweak that was promised the same day .... Called gamma and got what I needed that same day.... That was 2 days ago and still no response from Z1 Last edited by Jinxx; 01-30-2016 at 12:33 PM. |

This is an old thread bro. Where have we been? We've been in 370z land! Welcome.
Supposedly Sam was fired from Gamma and was only hired as a "consultant". Whether or not any of it is true is beyond me. But this is all old news, and I expect this thread to be shut down soon lol.
