Another option for the Stillen SC is to order the "Tuner" kit and have the Si impeller upgrade added before you ever install it. Jtran Studios works with Stillen quite a bit, and they put a package together with tuning, impeller, bigger injectors, and a bigger fuel pump. They are very familiar with the kit and can set you up with a package to keep you from having to upgrade too many of the parts that Stillen includes with the Turn-key kit. They also have all of the part numbers and brackets necessary to swap to cog pulleys when you are ready.

Edit: This kit does not make very much power without considerable upgrades, so it's good to build a pretty stout package the first time. The cost will be about the same. It'll save you from buying parts twice when you go for more power later, not to mention the additional labor and downtime.

Might need to consider a new clutch in the near future , speak to Joe at Z-Speed , mine is a south bend stage 3 daily quite disk option with the 19lb steel flywheel ,great clutch holds the torque and quite.
Install the frozen boost heat exchanger the stillen heat exchanger is undersized. Ivo (Swiss 370z) pointed out drop of 5 to 7deg
welcome to SC world

Pro4jackster hit it dead on, Replace the impeller and pulleys before even installing, injectors are a great idea too. I replaced the BPV and upgraded the air to water intercooler, 150$, great mod.

Evohunter, the air to water intercooler now sits right in front of the oil cooler.

This lowers your coolant temps but from what others have said with this mod is that the oil temp does rise since airflow is blocked from the intercooler.

What is your experience with coolant temp vs oil temp and was the trade off for the better? As in, less heat soak and sustained power in traffic and spirited driving?

I'm on the fence about this upgrade and I'm sure everyone would like to know the pros/cons from this mod.

I would only replace the pulleys, OR the impeller. Unless you have a built motor. I hit 15+ psi at 6700 rpms with cog pulleys and Si impeller. The belt started slipping and it held 15 psi to 7700 rpms.

600cc injectors and 7lb pulley. Saw the movie, bought the shirt. There was a debate when I had my kit installed about the size of the injectors. Like you, I did my preliminary research and had bought a set of Spray it Racing 850cc injectors to use in my kit. Long story short, the shop convinced me that the injectors in the Stillen kit were GTR injectors, only to find out later that they were Deutsch 600cc. I'll be upgrading in the future.

I'd recommend buying Injector Dynamic 850cc injectors and upgrade the fuel pump. I have a 25 row oil cooler that is ceramic coated, no oil temp issues yet, but summer is not here. Everything else other than my AC condenser is ceramic coated too. Does it make a difference? I don't know.

The injectors you wont need unless you upping the boost, If you are going impeller and pulleys or even just impeller, make sure you upgrade the heat exchanger,( Frozenboost) and I would do this even of your not changing a thing, 850 injectors( I used Bosch EVO14's) , DW340 pump, and you WILL need UPEV's upgraded MAF's. I ran Stillens oil and trans coolers and my temps were always in check.
