The nipple on the top sucks the plunger down with vaccum at idle, once your off idle, your vaccum is gone and the plunger closes and allows boost. im going

The nipple on the top sucks the plunger down with vaccum at idle, once your off idle, your vaccum is gone and the plunger closes and allows boost. im going to pull out the bypass and see if I could have it rec. back into the blower. without it exiting!
