Vq35hr 20psi stillen blower

What is an epenis(real adult by the way)? I don't know the situation with what he wanted but one would think you could have saved him a lot of money

What is an epenis(real adult by the way)? I don't know the situation with what he wanted but one would think you could have saved him a lot of money if you had guided him to go turbo in the first place instead of placing his hopes on modifing and tuning a kit that wouldn't come close to his power goals.

If a customer came in and told me he wanted 650wheel the last option on the table would have been a stillen kit.

You make a lot of incorrect assumptions. It looks like you are making stuff up as you go.

like i said i don't know the deal between you and them, maybe its all free and they are paying for in that case whatever, maybe it was financial and you didn't want to jump straight to a new kit right a way, but from the whole this thread it started with "we are going to do 20psi and 600+ with a stillen kit" and usually people have to pay for work like this so i do assume that you asked and payed for 600+ and the stillen kit is not going to do that for you without replacing the entirety of kit except the brackets. Instead of the SI impeller the 928 would have been a better choice, but really without replacing the charger with a v7 and moving the mafs, or redoing the whole piping and intercooler setup there was no way it was ever going to get close.

And since we are already spinning the SI in the red at 56K rpms, I don't want to spend any more money on this setup. I just sold the kit to a local guy and it's getting installed right now.

My motor was finished a couple of months ago, and now has just over 1000 miles on it. We ended up going with 10:1 Arias pistons and Carrillo rods. Ron took apart and cleaned the heads up. So the motor is ready for a lot more than this kit can put out. So it's time for a JTran Motorsports Low-Mount Single Turbo.
You are going to love the turbo good choice and good luck.

I did not ask for 600+ out of the Stillen. I just attempted to squeeze all of the available power out of it. All of that stuff came from a Facebook picture. I don't even have Facebook so I knew nothing about it until I saw it on here.

928 would not sell me an impeller for a V3 SCi.

We already knew what was going to need to be replaced and modified. It was in my post earlier today. We had plans for everything that needed to be modified. Including switching to E85.

Then, I rode in a 370Z with a JTran Motorsports Single Turbo....

......sold my Stillen the next day.

It was nuts! The fun factor was off the charts. It made my car feel dull at a similar power level. The Vortech gives you the power progressively and predictably. Aka Boring.

The Turbo has kept me awake for the last few nights. Pure insanity. I want to turbo everything I own. Even the lawnmower.

OP
I'm curious what made you try to go all out on the SC? Multiple people have tried to get the most out of Stillen and always end up disappointed. Was it not wanting to spend the extra money on another kit? I guess trying to get the most out of something you got is only thing I can think of.

There should be plenty of info for the next guy trying to go this route to see it don't work.

Not knocking u at all just wondering why people keep trying to max out this kit. Now maxxing out a turbo kit... that I'd like to see more of!
