Just out of curiousity sake, why would you need an intercooler on a SC application?

I mean, assuming you're drawing air from in front of the radiator anyway, where would the air heat up enough to make a difference?

I mean, 7PSI isn't that much compression (unless I've missed something) - anyhow, I can see where it would apply with a turbo since the turbos are a heater due to the exhaust temps being transferred...

Do you want to make good power in anything above 45 degree weather? Then yes, you need an intercooler even at 7PSI (which you just can't throw out as a number because it depends on the design and size of the unit).

Superchargers run plenty hot, and since our cars have heat issues anyway, why not have an intercooler to cool everything down.

Colder AIT temps = More Horse power

Also Superchargers are more known for higher AIT then a turbo system

And you can get the same HP with less PSI with an intercooler so with one you can go lower psi or raise the psi for even more power.

The Intercooler (1 Inlet, 2 Outlet) will also help, most likely, with tackling the issue have having two throttle bodies...
