And every single piece/component is purchased in the U.S (well, not the zip ties, drill bits, tap, teflon tape...but you get the idea.

I just do the hard part...turning it all in to a great turbo kit.

Well, never mind then. I can only recommend kits that use domestically sourced teflon tape. :rofl2:

GTM forgets important parts. BP includes drill bits and the correct number of zip ties. :rofl2:

Even more important, Boosted Performance replies to PM's, emails, phone calls, smoke signals, and telegrams promptly should you have any questions, concerns, or in the rare case, a problem.

Even after the kit has been sold? Inconceivable. :rofl2:

Some people out there could take a lesson from that.

Why? You've got your build all wrapped up, right? Built motor and built auto with a SC?

TerribleONE 03-18-2014 11:54 AM

In before the cleanup... :ugh2: :rofl2:

Yep. The "Someone took a shot at a vendor" signal has been turned on and is currently lighting up the sky. :rofl2:

Truth bomb!:rofl2:

I really need to start the install on this kit. Everyday that passes allows me to do more research and shopping. Cost and build todo list keeps going up.

Do not bother with GTM. They don't answer because they don't care about customer service. Use your money on people who love what they do for living.

Why do you want Supercharger over turbo kit may I ask? if its about price you can go for Boosted Performance turbo kit.. Its the best for the buck. I would've also recommended VSR turbo kit but you need to send the car to them to do the install.

where is vsr located ? I wanted to do gtm because its in california. i don't want to send my car anywhere out of state to be honest.

Stay away from GTM.

Man, if you're worried about a payment plan you need to reevaluate your boost plans. You're going to spend as much in labor, tuning and supporting mods as you spend on the kit. You also need funds in reserve in case something breaks.

aww man your making me sad hahaha . I really want a reliable car but with more hp gain , but at the same time not mess up my ci guess ill save up more money than.

Yeah, it's quite a large pill to swallow once you see what it costs to do it right the first time. You can cut corners, but you'll pay even more to do it that way long term. If you do it right and get a good tune, it'll be just what you want it to be. That doesn't change the need to have a "oh ****" fund at all times. It's a NA car you boosted.
