I'm going to throw them a bone here. When Sam called he explained his situation and he did sound quite stressed by it.. I can understand having vendor issues like that, I've had to deal with similar stuff with my work, but if we had a supplier that couldn't keep up, or provide quality work in a timely manner then we shitcanned them and got a different one…. Maybe where they are located that is not an option? I am not sure. Also apparently they are working on getting equipment to finish piping in house.
I'm sure they have realized that they have some issues and are trying to work it out… We can all agree that they have a great product, they just need to work on a few other aspects. I thank Sam again for calling me directly.

I see that being a very bad setup. Flow is definitely not laminar for the driver side bank. A 135* bend like that will rob boost pressure, slow down flow and raise heat. Unless I can be proven wrong. I deal with process piping in the manufacturing industry and stuff like that is a no no.

unfortunately it an old issue you cant run a twin screw with vvel, at least not using the factory ecu. A full motec might run it but you're looking at 15k for the ecu then.

This thread is the reason I'm choosing not too get their super charger or turbo kit.

I have before many times search it. Basically you cant have a positve displacment charger with the open throttle and closed valves. You will stall the rotors in the charger

thanks, just needed the TLDR explanation

i think thats the same reason why there isnt a positive displacement supercharger kit available for the M3s(iirc bmw valvetronics and VVEL are very similar in its operation, if not exactly the same)

Pressure is pressure be it by turbo or SC. Why does it affect a twin screw and not a centrifugal? Is it because it's closer to the valves? At what point in time are ALL the intakes valves shut at the same time for such a period of time to cause this to happen? I have searched and found nothing but hearsay and opinions. Does anyone know where there is legitimate documentation stating this?
