That is easy, he lost credibility. He words used to be like the Pied Piper around here, but not anymore.

All these people in SoCal that are waiting patiently just makes me shake my head. Get down to GTM and see what's going on, it's your hard earned money someone is playing with.

While I am not part of this group buy, I have visited their "shop" in person and its locked up. You have to have an appointment to get into it unless if you really want to raise hell out front in person I suppose. VERY sketchy looking place, their shop name is missing from the building so only way you'll find it is looking for the Z/G's out in the parking lot.

I had a lot of trouble getting stage 2 turbo cams out of them and now am trying to get the external waste gates conversion kit. Although I am going through CZP to let CZP deal with their crap. FWIW, CZP has been in comms with them very recently. They have to build the waste gate conversion kit, which is pretty dumb as its just pipes and some Tial waste gates, yet they don't stock it I guess. GTM say 3-4 weeks to build and ship, I had to laugh when Coz @ CZP said that.... we'll see. I know GTM better than that, multiply that timeline by 6 and possibly that's the ETA.

It looks like they are still in business, I'll update you guys when I do get my conversion kit out of them for some possible proof that parts still come out of them (if they do, let's hope it's not screwed up).

It's already over a month since ordering the kit through CZP (yes GTM even takes a MONTH to even respond & accept a $1K part order) but I've already anticipated this so nothing surprising there as I've had past dealings. If they go belly up I can get my money back from CZP. Keeping up hope for you guys involved in the group buy!

I hope that is the case, I honestly do.

Why anyone would order anything GTM with cash up front at this point is simply beyond my comprehension.. But to each their own.

What amazes is they are still able to be a vender on this forum knowing how many customers they have screwed.. We as forum members should be a little more protected this kind of thing.

Maybe we should go on strike!

Dude that's seriously scary. I'm payed in for a stage 1.5 sc, Sam swears it's all done except the powdercoating on the piping, but of course his word doesn't mean anything. And I feel like if I demand my money back I just won't ever get it. This sucks, makes me wish I'd just bought an evo.

Sorry, I'm not in the group buy and I don't care for GTM, but you are feeding a load of bullshít.
I walked in, no appointment to give SSFirehawk's sway bars to Sam. And I asked if I could have a walk through, he was a tad hesitant, but he walked me through, I walked underneath SS's car, fully checked out bulllitt's 1000WHP car too. I thought the fact that the guy has got several CNCs, dyno, 10-20 cars on lifts was deeply impressive actually, the only thing Sam was douchey about was letting me take pics even though SS and Bullitttt asked me to.

Now... Since then, the cars aren't going anywhere, it looks like their shop is a black hole, so it's all less impressive.

As for it not having a name and sketchy... The building is really nicer on the outside. ITS IN A BUSINESS PARKWAY, all the buildings look the same. I don't recall any building having writing out front actually.

I've also visited Bulletproof, they let me in, but not in the back, and their shop didn't say BA either and was in a "sketchy" business parkway too!!! Don't buy anything from them!!! OMG!!!
You know it was so sketchy... Right by Tesla... And SpaceX... Lol

(Bulletproof is 110% legit, this was used as a comedic example. Please support our forum vendors)

Any recent news about GTM shop from members that are not in MHI group are welcome, as long as they have actually been there recently.

I passed by on Saturday recently, Sam's car was there.

Unfortunately I wouldn't know what to do even if I did go in... Yell at this guy I don't know who evidently had his head cut open and hassle him about a product I'm not in line to buy? Not sure what that'll accomplish...

And I'm confident they still have a bunch of cars on lifts and I'm sure work is being done, on what exactly? No idea.
