Anyone have info on wire transfers with this situation?

Everyone has an address. Show up and ask how things are. Be polite. Pretty much a guarantee on what the situation is or a refund in my experience. I would totally go out of my way to get a refund of thousands of dollars.

i think if you wire transferred, your are fuct (sorry fuct, I know he isn't you). thats why all the scammers insist on wire transfers. black, black, no take back!

PayPal dispute
 

Well i now opened a PayPal dispute.
But when I checked back on the status of that dispute it says "Deferred".
And I see no "open" disputes in my resolution center.

I'm not sure whether that means PayPal is gonna look into that case some time later or whether it's declined outright due to me being way too late (I believe 45d limit for disputes) ..

If you're over 45 days limit, you can't claim anything... You're doomed...

Wow if you asked that about any of the other FI vendors in here. People's response would be positive with lines like (blank) will take care of you or your in his hands with (blank)

But since it's GTM people are just shaking their heads like you have cancer....

You should still be able to file against them through paypal
I did a couple months ago bit I had to call paypal and explain
The situation otherwise if filed online it does close the case because of the
45 day limit paypal ended up awarding me the case and refunded my
Money in about two weeks

I thought it was 45 days on paypal. 180 on Credit Cards.
