Charles?!?!?!? Whats up man!!! How you been doing? I can tell you one thing, I have been STRESS FREE since I left the business and stopped dealing with the trolls on the forums. I hope a lot of people realized afterwards that I was conspired against by Romey and Sam in the end and we legitimately had like 2 disgruntled customers over the course of my entire episode. One was Romey ( a super mod) and another was some kid who tried to sue me cause we caused 2 small door dings and we lost a part of his Nismo exhaust after leaving it at my shop for 6 months.
I honestly HATED the industry after a few short years, and have since got rid of my Z and everything to remind me of the past. DO I miss it? Yeah, the early days I do..Everything was awesome when I loved the game. After all the bull crap and drama, it takes the passion out of it.. I still tune cars once and a while for a buddy who literally begged me to get back into tuning, but its few and far in between.. I now play with my 67 Camaro and am a family man who now actually gets to spend time with his family, not like before. Hell I missed my sons first steps cause I was at HKS training for the Fcon at the time..The business took up ALL of my free time and didnt make me rich.. If I was gonna do it over again I would have picked general automotive repair, more money less headaches. Im glad to see Karma coming back around to Sam@GTM. But it saddens me to see so many people that had to loose money to learn the truth. BTW its good to see one of the OG's like you is still around! |

I am certainly content with my choice to pull from this group buy and go with another kit. It was totally worth the $475 "restocking fee" that I was charged to not have to deal with this fiasco. The funny thing is, its been 6 months since I withdrew and there still arent any kits to "restock" lol.

It's fueled by the lies fed to GTM's customers

god damn I'm glad I got my money back. I think I got out right at the last minute. Seriously, good luck to anyone still dealing with it, I really hope you get your money back and get everything sorted out. Btw if you do get your money back, I highly recommend boosted performance, it is an amazing kit, and couldn't be happier. (not to mention the customer service is outstanding!)

GTM is dead, but I hear MTG, also in the LA area, is coming out with exactly the same kit. Pre-order going up soon.

And don't forget, it's going to be CARB certified.
