good luck to you all, hope the kit is awesome! I have officially backed out as of last week. Currently awaiting refund.

Please update when you get your refund or any steps you are forced to take to get it.

Hopefully it goes through without a hiccup. ^^

Now the count is what? 8 from 103

Infidel 02-06-2014 02:23 PM

I changed my order from the MHI to the 1.5 SC in mid December so I don't know if that counts, but I do know if I don't get a delivery date by the end of March I will ask for a refund. That will be going on a year they have had my money. If I end up getting my money back I will just put my FI exhaust on, a CAI and a tune and call it a day. I have my eye on a nice AR10 :stirthepot:

The 1.5 supercharger kit has been around for a while now, and you still are waiting after 2 months? Do they not stock any parts anymore?

No. I think people want something that produces boost and they don't want to wait for the MHI so maybe orders for the 1.5 SC are getting more frequent. I can't see what the problem is, overhead shouldn't be a problem because the kits wouldn't stay on the shelf that long. JUST ORDER THE *&%@ing PARTS ALREADY !!!:shakes head:

checked the other thread, still closed lol..

I ordered my regular Turn Key stage 1 TT kit in the middle of September, I finally received it at the end of December. I am still waiting on my ECU reflash cable, that was apparently in stock and ready to ship like 3 weeks ago. They always answer when I call and are friendly, its just what I am told and what is being executed, seems to be different.

I don't even want to think about what is going to happen when it comes to tuning :(

I wish you luck on your 1.5 SC kit.

It is reopended now. A small update, more marketing talk, no dates.

Chuck33079 02-07-2014 08:59 AM

Seriously. Their threads get locked until they provide an update, and that's the update they give everybody? Wait some more, we'll give you an estimated date later?

And it's not even Sam or Mike. They pawned off the PR onto some new guy.

Dzel 02-07-2014 09:01 AM

SMH GTM must really think this community is full of idiots and why the Hell is George posting? Isn't he the guy with the broom where's Mike or Sam?!

God damn it guys, get your **** together. You are the only people who make some really cool stuff I'd like to put on my car. But this whole debacle is keeping my wallet in my pants. I know I'm not the only one.

By-pass GTM and take it for a custom tune. I'm sure Sam can get you close but there is no substitute for custom dyno tuning. You will not regret it.

Chuck33079 02-07-2014 09:07 AM

Yeah. The canned tune is just a starting point. The driveability difference is night and day between the last Sam tune and a dyno tune. I'm sure Sam could get you there eventually, but his turnaround time on updated maps is lacking. He still hasn't opened the PM with the last datalog I sent him. In 2012. :rofl2:

Granted, it's all moot if he can't even get you a cable.
