Forgot to add. Before you start. Bolt the manifold down to a piece of thick plate. Like 1" thick. This keeps the manifold from distorting.

Wow dude. I sincerely hope that you can finally put the problems to rest with your build. Should be good to go after the exhaust manifold(s) get squared up right?

I know it's kinda off subject but I was just looking at the q60 concept and it will have a 3liter twin turbo engine.. At this point I'm almost certain the new z will be fitted with that engine..

Quick update, at this point I was able to order a new gtm drivers side exhaust manifold. I used a vender just to make sure my money would be refunded in this case but turns out gtm is using a redesign for their casting to hold more heat. The gtm kit is a very good kit other than the exhaust manifolds cracking but then again the greddy manifolds have cracked as well. Hoping I can get by with this until Charles has come out with his new kit and may go for more power.. My new motor is smooth as butter now with zero issues idling or running.

Yes after tweaking the boost controller it hits 17psi easily but have only ran it up that high a few times.. Will be sending another oil sample to blackstone soon and will compare the first one to the second..

I did my first as soon as the oil temp read 180. I have a greddy magnetic plug and there were enough particulates to make it worth it. Im doing my second after 50 miles then again at 1000. Using regular oil in 10w 30.

Just brain storming here but since some of these single turbo kits claim to spool just as fast as a twin turbo then why didn't Nissan just design a big single turbo for the gtr..?? ? Also it appears the new z will also be a twin turbo.. I'm sure Nissan knows what they are doing by making v motors a twin turbo setup..

Can't help but notice you really have something against boosted performance don't you. Since obviously your not talking about the vsr single turbo kit when your always defending that shop.
