You either can wait a huge amount of time for the parts to just come in on their own or you can call every other day, bitch and complain and threatenand it might cut that time down a little bit. If you don't stay on their azz they'll drag it out so long you'll be ready to trade your Z in for something else.

I could of had a '08-'11 Z06 for what I have into my Z and it hasn't seen a pound of boost yet.

Not that I'm defending what they're doing, but what I believe happened is they bit off more than they could chew with group buys. This is just what I think but I don't think they didn't expected such a large demand for that MHI turbo kit they're producing. So when 50+ people signed up for it their knee jerk reaction was to begin production on it....which completely slowed up production on every other project they had. It's just a theory though.

Not like it matters now since they have burned so many of us but they need someone there who knows Business Economics. Sam doesn't care about his past customers or he would be sending out replacement exhaust manifolds for his original ones he sold that have CRACKED. He just doesn't care anymore!!!

I'm leaning more towards Stillen SC with a custom tune just because of the lack of response and bad experiences.

Don't rule out the BP turbo kit either. It's a good option as well.

if you want to supercharge, get the stillen, its the only supercharger kit out there thats not a GTM kit, people here dog the stillen supercharger but when you speak to actual owners of the kit, they love the kit

It seems lately that Stillen is becoming a better option, at least SC wise. You may have to modify it a bit but I think the way things have been going with GTM its become more appealing.

That's bullsh!t. Its what Sam told you right? it seems he tell this to all people who ask for updates.

Look at Fast Intention Exhaust thread and have a look how many exhaust were made.. 100 is just 10% of total number. Fast intention have reach 4 digit number sales and never told us what you mentioned above. Lets not forget that Fast intention thread on this forum are only for 370z. imagine if you merge the quantity with G37 coupe, 350z, Infiniti Sedan, Audi.. etc etc

100 50 customers? that's really cute..

It was my theory. He didn't tell me that at all. I'm not an engineer or any type but just from the outside looking in, I'd say it's a lot easier to make an exhaust reguardless of the demand, than multiple turbo/ SC kits. Like I said I'm not defending him by any means, but in my mind that's the only thing that could have happened.

You know what I don't get is having to wait for a exhaust that is always in demand. If you supply is there they should always have them stocked... Simple business economics people..

I find it irritating that you guys are bashing his purchase decision, inserting your own, and then continuing to rant about GTM on his build thread. Can't we just be happy for the guy? I'm personally excited to see this progress. Don't go on mine bashing I'll order cleanup services lol.

Your taking it all wrong firehawk. I think the fact of the matter is we all hate it that is going to go through what we have with gtm. Us forum members are supposed to look out for each other and warn others from making a fatal mistake going with gtm. I hope it all works out for him and others but later when they will need anything from gtm they will soon find they have been cut off. Wham Bam Thank U MaM!!

I can agree to an extent, but people aren't going to die because they went with GTM (insert wait joke here). I agree that warning people is fine, but he made his decision months ago, he already made that informed decision. Idk if I'm the anomoly, but every time I needed suppport from GTM, I've gotten it. Even as recently as yesterday. I asked for troubleshooting support and Sam was able to point me in the right direction. We can meet in a GTM thread for more of my input, don't wanna clutter Voice's thread.

I have a budget in mind and I believe this would put me over that amount. It does seem like a very nice kit though, despite having to remove my F.I. X pipe.

I will be totally happy with those gains. Not looking to replace internals, just a safe "bump".
