Yes, it is. In fact it was much more noticeable as on video. After installation all remaining covers ad front bumper this noise is not nerve-wracking as it was. I'm still thinking about buying a new belt.

Engine vibrations on idle are still issue for me.

may want to check your tensioner too seems the belt is walking a bit in time with your tensioner pulley wobbling.
