I tried to buy the 84mm pulley from Sam but he won't sell it to me.:icon14:

Do you get 93octane?

93 octane most all the time, 110 octane when I can find it to mix with the 93.

That's weird. They told me as long I get 93 it will be fine with 88mm

I don't know either so I just dropped the subject with Sam.

I've got 92 octane here with up to 10% ethanol :/ hopefully I wont need meth on the 92mm pulley. We shall see. Order goes in next Friday when I get paid.. 4 weeks lead time. my FI exhaust should be here then. I'll dyno with both ART pipes and stock cats just to see what the difference is. I'm gonna have a 96mm pulley on for now. Next spring, I'll throw the 92mm on and dyno again. I'm getting a baseline done tomorrow. I have post maf tubes and k&n drop ins, plus the art pipes installed on a stock tune. I'll post results as soon as I can. All in all, 516whp is insane. I'd be MORE than happy with 490whp and no meth.

on a side note.. that dyno graph goes to 7800 rpm. O_o

You can get 490 without meth but you will have to use the 92mm pulley, and the 7800 rpm is alittle high plus making 514.8 on 8 psi I think they have a very generous dyno.
The 96mm pulley will only get you about 440-450

Good luck, when your ready for the 92mm pulley let me know because I'll give you a good deal on the lightly used one that I have in my garage.

excellent. and yeah thats what i was thinking.. generous dyno lol.. and 450 is right where I'd like to be for rainy season if she does get driven.

Mkai,

thank you good sir:tiphat: I'll definitely have to scoop that up from you soon.

When you go stage 2 is the only difference the larger -91 trim Rotrex?

Reason I ask is because...

I was the first to run the -91 on my Toyota Tacoma. Underdog Racing Development made the kit with a -81 but I asked for a -91 with a larger pulley.

What we ended up finding out was that I was making way more midrange power and a peak of about 450rwhp on a less aggreesive timing map on only 9.7 psi. While the guys running the -81 trim made less midrange and took a whopping 15 psi to hit 450rwhp.

The -91 trim also provided significantly lower boost temps

Wonder if GTM has tried the -91 with a larger pulley.
