GTM TT K&N part number?

I'm looking to get a spare set of filters so I don't have to wait around for the filters to dry after cleaning and re-oiling. Which filters do they use on their kits?

I know some of the TT and SC kits share the same filter. I am on the Stage 1 SC kit.

I ordered 2 filters from GTM and they sent me two K&N RC-9350 filters which are universal fit 2.5" filters. This is GTM Part #GTM-030-3

They also show some 3" filters, GTM Part #GTM-030-30, that fit the TT and SC.

So I guess it depends if you have 2.5" or 3" inlet filters.

EDIT
I bought 2 spare filters and rotate clean/re-oiled ones every other oil change.

That's diameter, correct? In that case I'd guess I've got the 3" filters.

You can call K&N, give them all the dimensions and they'll give you the part number

I was trying to get that without pulling off the bumper and measuring. I'm just being lazy.

I would like to know the part number as well.

Same here.

Just called GTM, whoever answered the phone didn't know the part numbers offhand but told me I could buy them from his website. Come on, man. I'd like to be able to shop around.

Hey Charles, I just talked to you on the phone a couple minutes ago about the filters and I didn't have that information readily available to me. Only our purchasing department has the actual K&N part numbers and I'll look into it for you and let you know.

Chuck33079 07-15-2013 03:47 PM

Thanks, man. You've got two on the website and the prices are fairly different.

wind.zero has the correct part number. Unfortunately, we cannot compete with online retailers like Summit since they buy in much larger volumes than we do. At least, now you know which ones they are so you can shop around.

Thanks, Mike. Does your Stage 1 kit use the 2.5 or 3" inlet? It looks like 3", but it never hurts to double check.

elperuano 07-15-2013 04:35 PM

Is the stage 2 tt kit the same?

Chuck33079 07-15-2013 04:39 PM

As far as I can tell, the only difference between stages one and two is the hot side of the turbo.

All of our Supercharger and Twin Turbo Kits (with a few exceptions) use the 2.5" filters.

The exceptions being our Stage 1.5 and Stage 2 Supercharger kit and our 350Z HR Supercharger Kit.
