im sure making fake CARB stickers is a federal offense or something crazy like that, but whats stopping people from doing that very thing? can the cop look up the

im sure making fake CARB stickers is a federal offense or something crazy like that, but whats stopping people from doing that very thing? can the cop look up the CARB info in his car? and would he even know wth hes looking at?
