Wow. Then down 1.7lbs I would have expected your numbers to be 420/380ish

Well my car is FINALLY done. My life has been chaotic the past couple months to say the least! Finally got around to finishing the kit up tonight. Pretty happy with everything. Only 1 issue came up. When I started it up I noticed an oil leak from one of the oil line fittings. Sent sasha an email and pic of it, so as soon as thats fixed, it will be ready to hit the road. With his customer service I shouldn't be waiting long, I just can't wait to drive it!

1 question for you guys... Anyone running the black waste gate springs? I put those in, and I'm running the base tune for about a month or so. Instructions say to use the yellow springs, but I figured I would just go a tad higher lol. Shouldn't be a problem I wouldn't think since the base tune runs so rich anyhow

Just realize there is a +/- 2psi tolerance on the springs so you could be running 10 plus pounds on that spring.

Yea thanks for noting that, I almost forgot about it. Im going to be keeping an eye on my a/f and boost gauges for sure. Like I said though, being such a rich base tune, it should be ok

my base tuned with the yellow ended up being 8.6 peak, but you will only see that in 5th gear or higher. In 3rd and 4th my boost controller reads 7.2-7.4 lbs, with the 7.25 lbs springs. I was still about 10.2 afr at wot on the base map, you will be fine with the black springs IMO. I now ramp from about 10.5 to 11.5 at wot on my 10.5 psi tune. Keep an eye on he afr is all.

I've got somewhere between 1500 and 2000 miles on the base map and haven't had a hiccup yet. I would feel comfortable on the base map at 10 psi and have considered making the switch until I get tuned.

Given that it is in fact a base map, the actual boost will vary significantly based on your car setup, and RT told me "it's not tuned for for full throttle", I wouldn't recommend anything over the yellow spring without a wideband and a boost guage. One of these gauges should also have an audible warning because at 500 HP you are going to struggle to keep an eye on both and the car pointed in the right direction all at the same time.

Wow. Than JTrans dyno reads really low. Thinking the 15% low ballpark is about right. I made 350whp with the yellow bring at 6.8lbs

Ive been running the black , and left it in with the boost controller too, yellow shmellow

you will be fine on the base tune for a while , but drastic improvement on ride home from tune today. car is silky smooth now. also on the base tune (at least with my car) you will notice car will be hard to start on hot start ups, you will have to give it gas to get it to start. Eli fixes that. so just dont worry, its not your install, but the base tune

My dyno graph a few pages back the blue was wastegate spring and red controlled, I made 478 on spring pressure, this kit is consistent to say the least!
