This may be re-visited down the road.
Oh well...If I determine I need them I will likely just cut out the resonator on my Stillen mid-pipe and have them welded in their place.

*Oil thermostat will be included (Mocal)
*No need to fight with intercooler piping (routed on the driver side now)
*Kit will be compatible with all after market oil cooler kits
*More turbo options, with SP compressor covers (4" inlet 2.5" outlet)
*No need to modify compressor cover (weld 90* elbow on outlet side)
*Larger air filter
*Much easier to install with new IC pipe routing.

Oh, and the manifold...the new manifold is a thing of beauty.

I have a lot of pictures to upload from a very busy 3 day weekend under a 370Z. My laptop decided to crash so I am a bit behind (well, my wife downloaded i-tunes, and loaded about 78 Trojans...long story). Will try to get a new thread with some pictures loaded tonight.

I also have to thank Mitch (Mitco39) for leaving his car with me for three days, allowing me to make these improvements to an already awesome kit .
I love the sound of this good besides the wife downloading Trojans can't wait to get this kit

Oh man!! I really wanted the S cover also and Im curious about this new manifold.

Sasha, will you make the new upgrades available to us current owners of the kit? If the new mani is a big improvement and I can get an S cover then I'd be willing to buy just that portion of the piping off ya.

Oh and I don't know why I cant find any good instructions on the fuel pump wiring. Do I cut the lines that go into the outside harness clip that sits on top of the pump, the wires that feed the pump? I've read you cut the pink one and black one. Is this right?

I believe it's like this TopgunZ and the reason you can't find direcitons is Sasha added that to the kit after he wrote the instruction manual.

What if I wanted to be a real lazy sumumabitch and run these power wires down out the overflow escape of the tank, under the car along the fuel line, and up into the bay? I just hate tearing any more interior paneling off then I have to.

I only removed the kick panel sill and the piece way up front. you can feed it through the wire way to the back. once you get to the back panel, i used a fish tape and pulled it through. you DO NOT have to take apart any more then that

No problem. Part of it was to help you the other half was to get it closer to the tail end of this thread so it'll be easily accessible for Chuck and I this weekend...

So you aren't doing any of the work during the week? You are on the home stretch aren't you?

All I do when I try to sleep is lay in bed and go over the kit in my mind. Ensuring myself that I wont miss anything and everything I've done is correct. I may need rehab by the time this is over.

If anyone in Denver needs help installing this kit someday I think I could do it in a single weekend alone. With a buddy helping possibly a single day.

Most of time time is spent reading the next steps 4 or 5 times to ensure it is done right on the car.

We are not working on it during the week. I'll pick it back up Thursday evening. All that's left is fuel system, spark, vacuum lines and all the electrical. The gauge installs are likely to take the most time.

I do hear you about thinking about it over and over again. I'm been thinking since this morning if I remembered to tighten all the turbo bolts after I clocked it that last time. Been bugging the **** out of me all day.
