I did that at first but it felt weird, the weaker spring smoothed it out, I like it better with the weak spring. |
has anyone run this kit with a stock clutch? I was thinking of waiting until the stock one gives out before replacing with something beefier.
|
its just inevitable, plus it is easier to do before the install.

Along with the CSC, you need a new CMC too. It appears the CMC is a one use item. You bleed it down to swap the CSC and it'll eventually fail. Go ahead and count on one of those too. I had mine shipped for like $110.
All in all CSC - $325 CMC - $110 Fluid - $18 Clutch/Pressure Plate/Flywheel - $700 - $1200 depending on how fancy you get Labor - $500ish The one Jlo linked you too would put you at about $2k after install |

Boost isn't cheap. You'll likely spend the same amount on supporting mods, labor and tune as you did on the kit.
